Message	Just be aware that they are not experts in valuing your car. They are just trying to cut their losses. You're not going to get it all back, but you will get more than $9800. Just be firm, but also polite, with them on your stance and it will work out. The pics are very useful for you in supporting the condition of the automobile immediately prior to the fire.
